Unfortunately, things are never perfect for Allison, and this time will be no exception. Dr. Ermey, the head doctor during her clinical specialization, appears not to be a big fan of her and threatens to disapprove of her. Allison sees her chances of becoming a doctor reducing by the minute and desperately searches for a solution, unable to turn things around. But everything is thrown aside when a patient with a mysterious illness is admitted to the hospital.

Several doctors become infected, and that includes Connor, Sophia, and... Dr. Ermey. When the CDC places Queensburrow under quarantine, Allison and the other doctors must race against time to find a cure before more deaths occur. Your help will be invaluable to Allison as she tries to beat the clock and find a cure!
